Join The Bass Federation and get your TBF #. All Anglers must have a current TBF Registration # to fish each West TN Student Bass Trail Tournament. Yearly registration expires Dec 31st each year. Registration for the next year opens on Sept 1st of the current year.
Not a member of a High School Fishing Club? No Problem! You DO NOT have to be affiliated with any other club to fish WTSBT tournaments, You can compete as a member of the West TN Student Bass Trail High School or Juniors Club. Open to all Home, Private, or Public School students through 12th Grade. Contact us to register for a TBF # if you are not part of club.
Every Boat must complete and submit The Bass Federation (TBF) / Student Angler Federation (SAF) Release of Liability Form prior to every WTSBT tournament. No exceptions. Download the Form here. Parents/Guardians must sign the form for each angler. Boat Captains must also fill out and sign the release form.
EMAIL the completed Release Forms to Director@wtsbt.com AND submit your boats Online Tournament Registration Payment not later than 6pm Central time each Wednesday prior to the Saturday Tournament. Deadline for our First tournament of the 2026/2027 Season is Wednesday September 9th.
All Tournament Boat Registration payments must be made online, Deadline is at 6pm, the Wednesday before each Saturday tournament. Cost is $65 per boat.
Morning Of (Late) registration cost is $85 per boat and must be paid in cash. No other forms of payment will be accepted on day of tournament. Release of Liability Form MUST also be on file with Parent/Guardian and Boat Captain Signatures.
***ALL ANGLERS MUST HAVE A VALID TBF#, PROPERLY COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE TBF/SAF RELEASE FORM BEFORE EVERY TOURNAMENT and PAY THE ONLINE TOURNAMENT ENTRY PAYMENT in order to fish each tournament. No exceptions.***
